Attention all Seminole High school families! Reminder for the 2024-2025 school year, the Parent/Guardian Consent for School Health Services form & SCPS Student Clinic Card will be found in Skyward Family Access. Please login to Skyward and complete the necessary forms.  

Please know that school staff will render all necessary care to an injured student requiring immediate treatment while doing their due diligence to reach the parent/guardian. EMS will be called for any situation deemed serious or emergent.
